THE PROBLEM:
Experts in the field often have hands-on job or process knowledge that other employees, even management, do not. Deskless Workers wanted to create a way to preserve that knowledge and allow field workers the opportunity to share their expertise.
OUR SOLUTION:
The DW Training Platform allows field workers to create job-specific training articles and contribute images, suggestions, or corrections to already existing company training materials and access checklists to remain in compliance with company standards.

The Admin Tool
From the Deskless Workers Admin Tool, managers and office-based employees can review articles that have been submitted and publish them to the team's training portal. Admins can also manage employee permissions and collect crowdsourced images for other company colateral.
