Homestead Air Reserve Base
Homestead Air Reserve Base, located in Miami–Dade County, Florida, is home to the 482nd Fighter Wing (482 FW) of the Air Force Reserve Command's Tenth Air Force (10 AF), as well as the headquarters of Special Operations Command South. Homestead partnered with Deskless Workers to create an app for their pilot training program.

THE PROBLEM:
Each month each pilot is required to fly a specific number of training hours, but the process to bid on those flights was manual and hard to manage. They needed a mobile first way for pilots to capture that data and manage their flight calendars.
OUR SOLUTION:
We created a platform that kept pilots and commanding officers connected. Pilots were notified when flight bids were due and could easily bid/swap flights as needed. Commanding officers could monitor the changes and easily

The Admin Tool
The admin tool allows commanding officers to stay in-the-know on who has placed their bid, who has swapped, and who needs follow-up. They can easily make changes to the flight schedule or get the following month's ready for bidding.
